Die Casting Parts Manufacturing Service
Die casting parts process which is usually used to produce large and geometrically complex metal parts via the reusable molds (called dies). The whole die casting process involves casting dies, molten metal, die casting machines, and metal materials. The common materials are aluminum, Zinc, Stainless steel, Bronze, etc. It is melted in the furnace and then injected into the die, then rapidly cool, forming the final casting parts.
Die Casting Parts Manufacturing of Advantage
  • Produce large parts and complex shapes
  • High strength parts
  • Very good surface finish and accuracy
  • High production rate
  • Low labor cost
Die Casting Process of Disadvantage
  • Trimming is required
  • High tooling and equipment cost
  • Limited die life
  • Long lead time
Die Casting Dies and Injection
At Xuan Nan, our engineer team will support you through the entire process from die casting parts manufacturing design to building and injection production. We produce these parts mainly for auto parts, bicycle parts, medical parts, and application parts. We use appropriated tooling materials like H13 with HRC process based on projects materials such as aluminum, zinc, etc, and choose different die casting machining to injection such as hot chamber machines (for alloys with low melting temperatures, such as zinc ) and cold chamber machine (for alloys with high melting temperatures, such as aluminum).
Casting Product Material
  • Aluminum die casting
Usually, the aluminum material for using strong and more complex geometries such as A380, etc.
  • Zinc die casting
Usually, Customers like used Zinc #3 or #5 for very die parts, then plating it,
Stainless Steel, Bronze, Alloy Steel, etc.
2nd Machining Process for Die Casting Parts
Our Company offers 2nd machining process such as CNC machining, heat treating, and surface finishing, Surface finishing has Painting, powering coating, Sandblasting finishing, etc. We also provide more service if the customer has special needs.

Guide to Achieving Quality Control in Die-Casting Process
In the following guide, we will delve into how we at Xuan Nan achieve quality control in the creation of alloy die casts. It will cover a series of basic operations that come up in every phase of a die casting project. After defining quality control, we will move on to extensive details on the inner working of each production phase. We will then proceed to explore the mass production activities. In the end, we will cover the pros that come with an effective quality control setup.
Guide to Controlling Pressure Die Casting Porosity
At Xuan Nan, we use pressure die casting to make high-volume parts. It is a cost-effective method for making zinc, magnesium, and aluminum parts. The advantage of using die casting is getting a quality surface finish while still maintaining consistency. Also, little material goes to waste along with achieving tight tolerances. However, die casting has a common defect known as porosity. It thus means the part made has a problem.
Guide to The Aluminum Die Casting process
Why You Should Choose Pressure Die Casting Machining?
At Xuan Nan, we use aluminum die-casting to produce precise and complex aluminum parts. All of these are done within a very short period. Parts that range from automobile parts e.g. car disks and pump elements come from this method. It involves pushing molten aluminum into reusable steel molds to easily make the parts. Also, the method offers more benefits when compared to limitations that will be discussed later.
To better understand the essence of pressure dies casting in the metal fabrication industry. We should have an adept understanding of the process. At Xuan Nan, we practice the different types of pressure die casting and have identified their pros and cons. Therefore, we can choose what is best for our esteemed clients.
